Hi - Welcome and thank
you for allowing me to introduce myself! I describe myself as a country
girl at heart, with a
mid-west upbringing, down to earth and with a great sense
of humor. I am passionate about life and about wanting to assist people who
find the courage to want to change.
As a Certified Coach and graduate of International Coach Academy, Ph.D. in
Organizational Psychology, I measure my success as a coach by my client's
wins and accomplishments. It takes courage to change, patience to work
through the changes, and persistence to achieve positive results.
The focus of my coaching is on YOU, the whole person. I concentrate on
YOUR needs - what YOU are thinking and feeling; YOUR interests, dreams and
passions; YOUR likes and dislikes; YOUR talents and aptitudes YOU possess;
what YOU are struggling with and what YOU are fearful of; what support YOU
have and/or need.
My career in coaching began 20 years ago as a job and career counselor. I
have coached people from all walks of life with varied backgrounds,
interests, needs and goals. Over the years I have coached all manner of
clients from students and women returning to the job market to people in
job and career transition including professionals and executives. Coupled
with my work and educational background in human relations and psychology,
I have the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to coach people who
want more out of their lives. It would be an honor and a privilege to BE
